This category was created in a joint effort by the Competitions and Officials Committees to help Organizers - and thus the competitors - find another way to staff the competitions with knowledgeable officials while trying to remain economical.  Read More   Dressage Judges List Expanded-USDF “L” Graduates have always been a bit of a conundrum for MSEDA as far as licensing is concerned. The training and testing process for these people is very good and very rigorous, as is the MSEDA program. But, there is no Continuing Education requirement for the “L” Graduates to maintain their license, and for MSEDA judges there is. Hence the dilemma. In an effort to expand the pool of judges available to Organizers who often have to balance several associations' requirement for sanctioning, MSEDA has developed a Guest Card Program.
