MSEDA is the only regional association in the country that operates a licensing program for Eventing and Dressage officials. Modeled after U.S. Equestrian Federation and USDF-L programs, the process requires candidates to demonstrate knowledge and proficiency through hands-on experience, apprenticeships with licensed officials, and written and oral exams. Licensed officials also participate in annual continuing education.

This program ensures that MSEDA-sanctioned competitions benefit from well-trained judges and technical delegates.
